Terms and Conditions

A short summary of the Terms and Conditions are set out below, a full description will be sent to you with the booking form.

A deposit of 30% of the total rent is payable when making your booking. The balance of the rental plus the refundable security deposit of £1000 per stay is payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 8 weeks are to be paid in full at the time of the booking.

We do not allow Stag or Hen parties, as it is a rural country retreat. 

As courtesy to our guardians we do not allow guests to check in after 9pm.

Kindly leave the property in the state you found it.

Arrival time - 4pm onwards

Departure time - 10am

No pets allowed.

No smoking in or around the property.

Guests are advised to take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage

Cancellation policy - deposit is non refundable. The full balance is non refundable within the 8 week period prior to arrival.  

Infants in a cot are not counted as part of the group (1 travel cot available in baby package).  Please bring your own baby linen .
